We are looking for an Commercial Operations Assistant to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative and commercial support to Sales Managers

  • Liaise with other support areas, contributing to the agility and efficiency of the commercial operation

  • Prepare service reports and information summaries, as required by the area, the Head of Sales, or the Sales Managers

  • Support contract review processes and maintain the Contract Management database

  • Ensure that teams provide the necessary monthly input for the billing process, carrying out reviews with the Billing team and preparing billing reports to be sent monthly to the Finance team

  • Support the preparation of international presence at trade fairs and forums

  • Develop and prepare required commercial reports (e.g., client meeting plans, monthly performance tracking, revenue margins and growth by region, sales volume vs. budget)

  • Support responses to tenders, public procurement processes, and requests for proposals (RFPs) from public and private entities

  • Support Credit Check and Credit Limit processes for clients and suppliers

  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the organization by identifying potential issues or reporting existing errors, and suggesting improvements whenever possible

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Support role within commercial or after-sales areas (minimum of 1 year)

  • Professional experience in an operator environment is a plus

  • Proficient user of Excel (mandatory)

  • Strong results-oriented mindset and focus on customer satisfaction

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with CRM tools and Power BI

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days a week at the Lisbon office).
