We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background and proven experience in managing technology projects. This role will play a central part in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope and budget, and with the expected quality standards.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee medium- to large-scale technology projects

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from definition through to final delivery

  • Apply and promote Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)

  • Act as the primary point of contact between technical and business stakeholders

  • Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and budgets

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)

  • Ensure alignment between project objectives and business strategy

  • Produce and maintain project documentation and progress reports

  • Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices

  • Manage the application release lifecycle, ensuring planning, coordination, validation of deliverables, and version and quality control


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • Proven experience in managing technology projects

  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies

  • Strong technical knowledge enabling effective communication with development teams

  • Excellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills

  • Strong results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Experience in release management, including change control and understanding its impact on product consistency and evolution

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days a week at the Lisbon office).
